Rescue console

It would be very good if there was a rescue console option in the dashboard. This option would have a time limit (not to be used instead of normal ssh) and would work so that we could connect to the server "directly" without ssh. This feature would help in the case of complications when it is not possible to connect via ssh (e.g. firewall without SSH).
