Although we highly discourage using a VPS for shared hosting we are under the impression that this is a feature many users are missing from Webdock. Please cast your vote here and chime in if you have seen good examples on how to manage multiple websites out there in other control panels which can serve as inspiration to our team on how we would implement this.

We are building our own datacenter in Denmark which we hope will go online in Q2 2024

This new facility will enable us to provide a range of new products (new low-cost as well as premium products) as well as much improved networking infrastructure and many other good things.

We look forward to opening shop here in Denmark which will then become our EU location moving forward, as we no longer wish to be in co-location with Hetzner in Finland as we are currently.

Since you have guides regarding Docker in your documentation, would it be possible to add a big and noticeable disclaimer to each page discussing Docker to inform the Webdock users about this?

It shouldn't be necessary to explain how to fix it (but will be well received if done, however the workaround differs between environments sadly), just to inform this security issue exists.

This is a feature request from a customer we got on our support channel. The goal is to prevent any team members who do not have the billing permission from changing the server profile (as that has billing implications)

Right now, for my server, a snapshot takes approx 1h to complete. In this timeframe, I cannot create a new snapshot, nor stop the currently running one.

This makes it pretty annoying when there is a full CI/CD pipeline that auto-magically creates a snapshot before deploying an app upgrade as it is hardcore rate limiting you.
