XDebug support

I can already use XDebug (PHP Debugger), in conjunction with Visual Studio Code on my local machine, with my server - this is great. But it requires fiddling about with the Apache configuration and restarting the server to turn the capability on and off. It would be nice if that could be automated, and controlled with a simple operation (turn XDebug support on/off) in the webdock console.

    This is a good feature request and we are moving it to under review - it is likely we will implement this in the future.
