It would be great if we could look into snapshots and pull a file or a folder, instead of having to deploy another server, retrieve the file/folder and purge the copy again.
Provision to download (and upload) snapshots will make it very convenient to manage servers and overcome the time, state and space constraints of automated snapshots - helping both the Users (time and state precision) and Webdock (reduce space overhead).

This is unfortunately impossible to feasably implement. Fortunately we have free trial on all new servers even if you are an existing customer, so spinning up a server from a snapshot and fishing out your data doesn't cost a thing.

Arni from Webdock: I see, thats unfortunate. The reason I brought this up was that I wanted to resolve the issue of needing additional resources to be able to serve these trial bursts.
Also, depending on your accounting system, the additional bookings to capture the trials could also be reduced.
